ComDove provides software and communication tools that integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta — letting Indian businesses run a shared inbox, approved templates, broadcast campaigns, automations, and analytics in one place. By accessing or using our website, software, or services (the “Service”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To create an account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• Operate a legitimate, registered business — sole proprietorships included.
• Have, or be willing to set up, a WhatsApp Business Platform number.
• Confirm you have the authority to bind your organisation, and that the registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies. You may not:

• Violate the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality rights.
• Send unsolicited messages (“spam”) or contact people without their prior opt-in through WhatsApp or any integrated channel.
• Promote illegal goods or services, financial scams, unlicensed gambling, or adult content prohibited by WhatsApp.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service's API to third parties without a written partnership agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@comdove.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise while we investigate.

The Service relies on an integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform, owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp through ComDove is subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's Business Terms and Privacy Policy, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. We are not responsible for actions, interruptions, rate limits, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta. Repeated user-reported spam can trigger phone-number-level restrictions from Meta which are outside our control — we'll help you maintain a high quality rating, but we cannot reverse Meta-imposed actions.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Razorpay auto-debit. New customers receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan with no credit card required; at the end of the trial you may pick any paid plan or stop, with no auto-charge without explicit confirmation.

• Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month and are non-refundable for the current cycle.
• Annual plans renew on the signup anniversary, include the two-month discount shown at signup, and are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
• Conversation overagesare billed at the plan's per-conversation rate at the end of each cycle and are non-refundable once incurred. Current overage rates are shown in your account dashboard under Settings → Billing.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at prevailing rates and itemised on every invoice.

You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Failed payments suspend service after a 7-day grace period and reactivate automatically once a successful charge is processed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, our policies, applicable laws, or for any conduct we deem harmful to ComDove, our services, or our users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; certain provisions — including intellectual property, indemnities, and limitations of liability — will survive termination. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by cancelling your subscription.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComDove and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including fraud or wilful misconduct.

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by ComDove (Stacx24 IT Pvt. Ltd.) and protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active.

You retain ownership of all data you upload — contacts, messages, templates, and any content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent announcement in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
